I have the answer I use a range of techniques to get you results you deserve. Workout and nutrition will be tailored for your individual need and food will change depending on your results at your weekly check ins.

Your weekly check in will need to have progress photos, body measurements and weight. This is to asses your body composition change and how it is progressing.
